Conditions and limits for using the browser-local AI agent inventory worksheet and its CSV export.
Operated by Agent Trust Cloud, Canton, Michigan, United States.
Purpose of this worksheet
The Agent Inventory Tool is a browser-local planning worksheet for recording AI agent deployments, owners, purposes, tools, data classes, permissions, autonomy and review dates. A record is not proof that an agent exists, is approved, is safe or meets a legal requirement. Use the output to support review by people with appropriate authority.
What the review labels mean
The tool applies published routing rules to the values you provide. A high-priority, needs-review or routine label helps order follow-up; it is not an EU AI Act category, NIST score, security finding or compliance decision. Missing fields and stale review dates are prompts for investigation. The absence of a prompt does not establish that an inventory is complete.
Validate before relying on a record
Confirm each deployment, accountable owner, connected tool, permission scope and data category against authorized source evidence. Verify real access controls in the relevant system. Keep assessment, approval and change evidence in the system of record your organization authorizes.
Handling records and examples
The initial records are fictional examples. Replace them with appropriately scoped facts and do not enter passwords, tokens, credentials or unnecessary personal data. Protect downloaded CSV files under your own sharing, retention and change-control process.
Limits and external destinations
The tool does not discover agents, connect to cloud accounts, enforce permissions, create a live registry, issue certificates or determine legal obligations. Obtain qualified advice and specialist review when your use requires them. Primary-source and Sponsored links are external navigation and have separate terms. Nothing is purchased or delivered through this worksheet. Continue to the inventory home or read the privacy notice.
